Modes of Mindset Coaching

There are different modalities of coaching - Some focus on “asking the right questions “ to bring out the right answers from the client.

Others use NLP or EFT (Emotions Freedom Technique or The Tapping) or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Kinesiology.

They are all valid techniques that bring excellent results.

Thought field therapy targets the mind as the point of convergence in healing. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT , or Tapping ) and Emotional Stress Release dig into the emotions, and feelings release the patient from the emotional cage brought about by traumatic past or present experiences.

“Drugs only mask symptoms but don’t really help. Talk therapy frequently makes it worse because it opens up old wounds that your body has been trying to heal.”

COPING IS NOT HEALING!

“We tend to confuse coping with healing. When I did private practice counseling and therapy, healing almost never happened, but I was good at teaching people to cope. In fact, that’s what most counselors and therapists are trained in. Just about every self-help program I’ve ever seen is full of coping mechanisms.”


Alternative ways of healing is ancient and practiced even before the time of modern medicine.

As we find chemically induced healing through medications ineffective and don’t touch the real substance (the underlying real reason), which causes illnesses, we go back to time honored methods of healing by clearing and balancing the energy within us and use any and all possible ways to find and remove those underlying causes.


Also, clear our negative emotions associated with our memories, our negative thoughts and beliefs, so we can start clean slate. Every day is a new day - with different experiences and activities - healing our mind, body and spirit is an ongoing process like doing sports, working or eating and sleeping. We don’t do it just once in a lifetime…

After we work on our own imbalance we then affect the people around us, our relationships with others, careers and daily lives by emitting positive vibes.

Your healing starts by opening your heart and mind to the power of healing from within.
