HOW DO YOU GET RESULTS AND TRANSFORMATION FOR ME?

Instead of analyzing you or your symptoms, I look for the deeply buried underlying causes of the issues present. Then, instead of just talking about them, I simply remove them for you just like you remove/delete your unwanted files and emails from your computer. Go right to the source of the problem and remove it.
You'll automatically feel the shift and the difference.
Then, the right and optimal answer and solution will automatically reveal itself, you'll know exactly what to do and you're already on your way to your effortless transformation.

DO YOU DO REFUNDS?

I do not offer refunds. The reason behind this decision is that my coaching process involves a significant investment of time and effort tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. While results may not always be immediately apparent, the work we do together is designed to yield long-lasting benefits that may become evident over time. As such, the commitment and resources expended cannot be reversed or retrieved, including financial investments. I am dedicated to ensuring that every client receives the full value of their investment through our collaborative journey towards personal and professional growth.

CAN I BOOK AN INTAKE SESSION?

Absolutely! Booking an intake session is the first step towards embarking on your journey of personal and professional growth. During this initial consultation, we will have the opportunity to discuss your goals, aspirations, and any questions or concerns you may have about the coaching process. Together, we will explore how my coaching approach can support you in achieving your objectives and determine the best course of action moving forward. HOW DO I SIGN UP?

We'll have "virtual coffee" together first, so we can assess what kind of support and assistance you require and what problems need to be resolved. (Contact me)
Second, we mutually agree on a bespoke plan that personally suits you the best.
Third, after payment we start working together.

HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET FOR COACHING SESSIONS?

Typically, 3 sessions per month to maintain momentum and consistency in your progress. However, I am flexible and can accommodate alternative scheduling arrangements as needed to accommodate your busy lifestyle and commitments. Our goal is to create a cadence that optimizes your growth and development while respecting your time and priorities.
For the intense course there is support by email, remote work on my part as well as daily check-ins to ensure daily smooth growth without setbacks or obstacles.

HOW DO I KNOW IF COACHING IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Deciding whether coaching is right for you ultimately depends on your personal goals, aspirations, and willingness to invest in your own growth and development. If you are seeking support in overcoming obstacles, maximizing your potential, coaching is an extremely valuable resource. Yes, you have the option to schedule a single coaching session if you prefer to address a specific issue or explore a particular topic without a longer-term commitment. During our session, we can focus on your immediate concerns, develop actionable strategies, and provide guidance tailored to your unique needs and objectives.

CAN YOU FACILITATE A QUICK CONFLICT RESOLUTION BETWEEN TWO PEOPLE, AND IF SO, WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

Yes, I offer conflict resolution for individuals seeking to resolve disputes or improve communication. The process typically involves three sessions: one individual session with each person involved in the conflict, followed by a joint session where we work collaboratively to address the underlying issues and identify mutually beneficial solutions. By providing a safe and structured space for open dialogue and constructive feedback, I can help facilitate meaningful progress towards resolving conflicts and strengthening relationships.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A COACHING SESSION?

If you miss your session for any reason, please understand that time is an invaluable resource that cannot be retrieved. Consequently, refunds are not provided for missed sessions. You'll also not be reminded of your upcoming session - please put it in your calendar, like any other meeting. Your coaching sessions are integral to your professional development, akin to important projects or meetings that cannot be overlooked. Should you need to reschedule, I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to allow another client to take your slot. Please note that these policies are strictly enforced and non-negotiable. If circumstances such as illness or vacation arise for either party, we will extend the coaching timeframe accordingly and reschedule sessions as needed. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is appreciated, and no exceptions will be made.

HOW WILL YOU MEASURE PROGRESS AND SUCCESS IN OUR COACHING SESSIONS?

Tracking progress and success in coaching is essential for both accountability and goal attainment. Throughout our sessions, we will collaboratively establish clear objectives and benchmarks to measure your progress. This may include regular check-ins on goal achievement, self-assessment exercises, feedback from relevant stakeholders, and objective metrics where applicable. By regularly reviewing and adjusting our approach based on your evolving needs and outcomes, we can ensure that our coaching journey remains aligned with your overarching objectives and aspirations.
