Mental imbalances are a result of different negative issues (energies) and genetics. We can heal these imbalances through mindset coaching.
Through coaching we go deep into what causes these issues such as past traumatic experiences, familial and societal programming, limiting beliefs, neurological, biochemical and physio-structural imbalances.
Mindset coaching, using different effective techniques, draws out these deeply hidden causes and help us accept to let go of the emotional charge and reaction to what happened, that we can’t change, and we release the negative aspects of the causes, eliminate pain associated with them and find strength, independence and our own proactive stand.
When we make the proactive stand towards mental imbalances that are not ingrained in our physiological bodies, we transform the negative into something that feels good – which is being neutral, balanced, happy and healthy.
Surprisingly enough having a positive charge can be as bad as a negative charge - As long as there is a charge, whether negative or positive, it’s not balanced and neutral, which means it’s still out of balance.
When you reach that balance of being totally neutral to a memory or some present circumstances around you, that means you are not reactive, you have eliminated all the triggers and you can stay calm, no matter what… And that’s when you can perform at your peak and it feels like you are not even putting any effort into it.
